Responsibilities
Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
Preparing construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising tools
Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and masons with their tasks
Digging trenches, mixing concrete, and performing basic groundwork duties
Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Supporting the transportation of materials around the site as required
Skills
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour throughout the working day
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a construction environment

Prior experience in construction or similar manual roles is advantageous but not essential
