Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organising work areas
Load and unload materials and equipment as required
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
Mix, pour, and spread concrete or other materials under supervision
Assist with the installation of structures, fixtures, and fittings
Maintain health and safety standards on site at all times
Operate basic hand and power tools following safety guidelines
Ensure the work area remains clean and organised throughout the project
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or manual labour
Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks for extended periods
Strong team ethic with excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
