Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as required Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely under supervision Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met Help with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures Perform general maintenance tasks as directed by site management

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is advantageous Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay: 13.00 per hour
