General Construction Labourer

We are currently seeking a

General Construction Labourer

to join a small team on a permanent basis. This is an outdoor, practical role offering varied work, no two days are the same. You will work as part of a small, supportive team where flexibility, reliability, and pride in your work really matter.

This role requires commitment in all weather conditions, all year round.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm

Responsibilities

General site maintenance and construction work across the site Basic gardening and landscaping duties Erecting and maintaining safety barriers and signage Installing and removing drainage pipework Ground preparation, including laying pavements and driveways Industrial cleaning duties Supporting factory repairs and maintenance work Working collaboratively within a small team on a wide range of tasks as required

Requirements

Valid Construction Safety Card, essential Previous experience in construction or plumbing, essential Working at height experience, desirable, training provided Forklift and mobile plant licences, advantageous Experience operating a 360 excavator, advantageous Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a clear commitment to safe working practices
Due to the site location, you must have your own transport.
