are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to support various aspects of construction work on-site. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, physically fit, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. No two days are the same and you'll be an essential part of ensuring our projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople such as bricklayers, roofers and carpenters as needed Load and unload materials, tools and equipment Perform basic demolition work, such as breaking down walls or removing old fixtures, under supervision Perform site clean-up, removing debris and keeping the work area organised Mix and prepare materials such as concrete, mortar, and plaster Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision Help with deliveries and proper storage of materials Follow instructions from site supervisors and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently Adhere to all health and safety procedures on-site

Requirements

Previous experience on a construction site is preferred Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks Good level of physical fitness and stamina Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team A good understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites CSCS card is preferred (or willingness to obtain one)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-14.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
