We are seeking a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various construction activities, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of projects. Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organising materials Load and unload construction materials and equipment Support tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with their tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Follow instructions accurately to ensure project specifications are met Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision as required Report any safety hazards or issues to site supervisors promptly

Experience

Previous experience in construction or manual labour roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Clean driving licence would be an advantage. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team Basic understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites is desirable but not mandatory
