Must have own transport.

CIS Registered (tax) on a self-employed basis.

CSCS Card holder preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, unloading materials, and setting up equipment Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by carrying tools and materials to designated areas Perform basic construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing temporary supports Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors Support the team in meeting project deadlines through active participation and positive attitude

Experience

Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; we value motivation and a strong work ethic above all else Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Comfortable working in a team environment with clear communication skills Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions Basic understanding of construction safety standards and procedures is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: 12.30-12.50 per hour
