Construction Lawyer (Non-Contentious) - Senior Associate
Location: Bristol
Experience: 4-8 PQE

This market leading, exceptional firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Lawyer to join their team at the Senior Associate level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly rated Construction Team in Bristol.
With a strong pipeline of high-profile transactional work, this role offers exposure to complex projects across multiple sectors. This construction team work for a broad range of clients from public bodies to property developers, purchasers to contractors.
You will be used to working on matters where there are multiple interested parties (funding arrangements or project finance-led structure involved).
Requirements:

4-8 PQE with strong construction law experience.
Background in national, regional, or City law firms, or in-house at a major contractor or public body.
Confident and personable approach, comfortable with direct client engagement.
Technically excellent with strong commercial awareness.
Exceptional communication skills and all-round team player.
