Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer, Manchester | Hybrid | 85k
This is a non-contentious construction role in one of the most respected firms in the North, known as much for its culture as for its work. The firm regularly picks up employer and culture awards, and it shows in how people are treated, trusted and developed.
The work is strong and varied, with a steady pipeline across development, regeneration, infrastructure and commercial schemes. You'll be drafting and negotiating contracts, appointments and warranties, advising on risk and procurement, and working closely with colleagues in real estate, corporate and finance. It's a team that collaborates properly rather than working in silos.
