Job Description
As a Construction Legal Director in Leeds, you will lead high-value contentious construction cases, manage client relationships, and mentor junior team members within a globally recognised law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tier 1 rated team
The Construction Legal Director will be:
- Leading and managing high-profile contentious construction cases.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
- Collaborating with colleagues on non-contentious construction matters.
- Contributing to business development and team growth
- Advising a range of clients including lenders, landlords, major developers and public sector clients
The Construction Legal Director should be / have;
- A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ years PQE in contentious construction law.
- Experienced in managing complex construction disputes.
- Skilled in client relationship management and business development.
- Proficient in mentoring and leading junior team members.
- Knowledgeable in various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
- Ties to Leeds
- Competitive salary range of 110,000 - 115,000 per annum.
- 28 days of holiday leave annually.
