This is a standout opportunity for a senior construction lawyer to take a visible leadership role, drive strategic growth, and work on high-value construction and infrastructure projects across the North West and nationally.
You'll join a strong real estate and commercial platform, advising developers, contractors, funders and public-sector bodies on complex construction matters. The firm offers genuine autonomy, a supportive partnership group, and a clear pathway to progress.
The Role

• Lead and grow the Construction practice at senior level
• Advise on contentious and/or non-contentious matters (flexible)
• Handle complex construction and engineering disputes and project work
• Work closely with Partners on strategy and business development
• Mentor junior lawyers and support wider team development
• Build long-term client relationships and drive market presence

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with significant construction law experience
• Current Legal Director or Senior Associate ready for progression
• Track record managing complex construction and infrastructure mandates
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership qualities
• Confident managing client relationships and generating work
• Collaborative approach and interest in shaping a growing practice
