The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking Construction Manager to join our established and growing team in Bristol. To manage the construction team to ensure the successful development and delivery.
Project: Working with Mace Interiors to deliver a Multimillion fit-out project in central Bristol
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of construction delivery associated with your allocated package or area.
- Management of subcontractors associated with your allocated package.
- Managing and leading health and safety standards on site.
- Liaising with design management team to resolve billability issues.
- Delivering work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets.
- Management of client inspections and sign off of work elements.
- Achieving all business unit and Mace KPI\'s.
- Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings.
- Maintaining high quality records.
You are already an established and experienced Construction Manager with CatA/B fitout experience across multiple projects.
You have HND or HNC qualification in construction or other similar background. You have a professional membership. You have a valid CSCS card and SMSTS training. You have good knowledge of health and safety and CDM requirements. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated construction teams.
