The opportunity

Project: We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our Commercial Offices team, to work on 38 Berkeley Square - Located in the heart of Mayfair, 38 Berkeley Square will provide 85,000 sq ft of premium office space across nine stories with over 7,000 sq ft of communal terracing. The scheme includes 9,000 sq ft of retail use on the ground and lower floors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of construction delivery associated with your allocated package or area.

Management of subcontractors associated with your allocated package.

Managing and leading health and safety standards on site.

Liaising with Mace Design Management Team to resolve builability issues.

Delivering work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets.

Management of client inspections and sign off of work elements.

Achieving all Business Unit and Mace KPI\'s.

Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings.

Maintaining high quality records.

About you

You have a relevant degree qualification. You have relevant construction / project management experience encompassing procurement through to handover. You hold a CSCS card relevant to the job role and are SMSTS qualified.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
