Construction Manager
Central London | 50,000-55,000 + Hybrid !!!
I'm working with a global real estate business that is looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the refurbishment and turnaround of vacant residential properties across a premium Central London portfolio. The focus is on delivering high-quality works within tight timeframes and ensuring each property is market-ready as quickly and efficiently as possible.
You'll take ownership of the full re-let process--carrying out inspections, diagnosing defects, coordinating contractors, and managing all remedial works from start to finish. This role suits someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and experience working across multiple live projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting pre- and post-tenancy inspections
• Identifying defects and preparing detailed schedules of work
• Managing contractors and ensuring works meet quality, cost, and time expectations
• Providing technical advice across internal teams
• Approving invoices and ensuring accurate financial management
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• Supporting property managers with insurance claims and rechargables

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar construction or property role
• Strong residential building and construction knowledge
• Excellent defect diagnosis and reporting skills
• Understanding of CDM and HHSRS regulations
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (REQUIRED)
