About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Construction Manager
to lead the delivery of high-quality construction projects across the UK. You will oversee multiple site operations, communicate with all project managers, and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate project managers, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
Manage communication with internal and external HSE management
Develop and manage construction programmes, tracking progress against deadlines.
Control budgets, monitor costs, and oversee procurement.
Chair regular progress meetings and prepare project reports.
Maintain quality control and resolve any issues quickly.
Maintain and manage communication between sites and office
About You
Proven experience managing construction projects in the UK.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety practices.
Commercially aware with excellent problem-solving ability.
Proficient in project management software (BuilderTrend or similar).
Degree/HNC/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Valid SMSTS and CSCS required.
First Aid at Work certification preferred.
