About the Role
Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our client-side team on a major nuclear building project. This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex construction projects within the nuclear sector.
Key aspects of the role include:

Overseeing project planning and execution to meet strict timelines and budgets
Leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organisational skills and deep industry knowledge. You'll be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all phases of construction.
Essential requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in nuclear construction management
Strong understanding of Instrumentation and Control systems
Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable
