Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 + benefits (DOE)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to lead residential refurbishment and renovation projects from inception to completion. You will manage contractors, oversee site works, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality, snag-free homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential refurbishment projects end to end
- Oversee tendering, contractor appointments, and contract administration
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and H&S requirements
- Conduct site inspections and manage quality control
- Manage budgets, payments, and final accounts
- Liaise with tenants, neighbours, and stakeholders
- 5 years + experience ideally in residential construction/project management
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and refurbishment processes
- Relevant construction qualification (Degree, HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and HHSRS
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
