Hill International is searching for a major long-term infrastructure project in Northwest Europe:
Construction Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure projects.
Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with programme, quality, and contractual requirements.
Promote and enforce exemplary standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality management across all construction activities.
Manage interfaces and relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to support successful delivery.
Contribute to project implementation planning, construction strategies, and commercial decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in enabling works or construction management on major transportation infrastructure projects.
Strong experience in delivery of complex infrastructure works and stakeholder management on major programmes.
Comprehensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
Demonstrable experience implementing HSEQ management systems and promoting a strong safety culture.
Knowledge and experience of NEC4 contracts with sound commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
EU citizens or eligible to work in EU.
