Construction Manager Watford Gym Refurbishment
Job Description
I am currently recruiting a Construction Manager to join a live project based in Watford for the next 12 weeks with a view to extending to the end of the project which runs until September 26. The project is a live refurbishment & fit out of a gym with a build value of 2.5 million.
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a visiting contracts manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, manage the programme with drop down line updates, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and they are looking to start the suitable candidate on the 24th November.
