Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and financial targets
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment required for construction tasks
Monitor progress regularly, conducting site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
Address any issues or delays promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation at all times
Lead and motivate construction teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives
Maintain accurate documentation related to project progress, changes, and inspections
