Construction Paralegal

A leading City firm are seeking a Construction Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in London.
Your New Firm:
Leading in the real estate sector, with a Band 1 Chambers social-housing team and real estate department. The firm is frequently tasked with advising clients on large-scale domestic residential and commercial developments.
Construction Paralegal\'s Responsibilities:
This is paralegal role in a busy construction department and a brilliant opportunity for a hard-working individual who has an interest in construction law and wanted to expand their experience to benefit your continued growth. Some duties may include:

  • Preparing and reviewing construction contracts.
  • Managing appointments and warranties.
  • Construction due diligence
  • Collating documents.
  • Client liaison.
  • Drafting progress reports and client claim reports.
  • Drafting third party correspondence.
  • Assistant the instruction of technical experts and arranging inspections.
About You:
  • Good academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous Construction Paralegal experience ideally from a law firm environment.
  • Genuine interest in Property Law.
