Construction Paralegal - Reading

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join an award-winning law firm.

Our client is a forward-thinking and friendly law firm located in Reading. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Construction team.

The role will involve being responsible for advising on contractual projects, collaborating with contractors, developers, sub-contractors, and corporate clients. Duties will include:

• Supporting Head of team with a varied caseload of construction matters
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing documentation
• Building contracts, all the major standard forms, including JCT. NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, and ad hoc forms
• Organising and maintaining up-to-date systems to ensure effective document management
• Conducting Legal research, etc.

To be considered, you must have a law degree/ CILEX qualification with construction paralegal experience. They will also consider candidates with a background in commercial contracts.

On offer is a competitive salary of around \xc2\xa327,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
