An outstanding opportunity for a Construction Partner to join a Tier 1 ranked team in Leeds at a pivotal stage of growth. This role offers the chance to work on high quality contentious or non contentious matters while developing your own client base within a nationally recognised construction practice.
The Construction Partner will be:* Working on complex contentious or non contentious construction matters

Managing and developing an existing caseload of high value work

Playing a key role in business development and winning new instructions

Growing your own client relationships and pipeline

Mentoring junior lawyers within the team
* Contributing to the strategic growth of the national construction practice

The Construction Partner should be / have;* Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Solicitor ready for Partnership

Experienced in either contentious or non contentious construction matters

Commercially astute with a strong track record in business development

Able to demonstrate an existing client following or clear plan to build one

Consistently ranked in the top tiers of the legal directories, the firm advises major developers, contractors, funders and public sector bodies on complex, high value projects across the UK and internationally. The client is based in Leeds.
