Thames Hospice is an independent hospice based at Bray Lake, Maidenhead. Proudly serving our community for more than 36 years, we work in partnership with our local healthcare colleagues to provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care services to people aged 16 and over in their own homes and within the Hospice.
We have an exciting opportunity for a part time (30 hours per week) Construction Programme Manager on a fixed term basis until April 2026 to join the Estates & Facilities team which is a small friendly team, yet their output and impact is anything but!
You will play a key role in the refurbishment of a clinical wing, driving consistency and compliance while managing timescales, site activities, the supply chain, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and health & safety standards are followed effectively.
If you're an experienced programme or project professional with a background in FM, construction, or asset management, and you're looking for a role with purpose, and a strong team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
Appointment is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, occupational health assessment and right to work in the UK checks.
In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive benefits package including:
Competitive salary based on experience
27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 28 days after 5 years' service (pro rata)
Contributory pension (5% employer, 5% employee)
Life Assurance (2 X salary)
Additional benefits such as free on-site parking, discounted meals in the on-site cafe, EAP, access to NHS Pension scheme if eligible, Blue Light Discount card and so much more!
