Provide administrative support to Technical Author's throughout all project phases.
Prepare, organise, and manage project documentation, including contacts, drawings, manufacturers literature, and reports.
Track project progress, timelines and assist in preparing status updates.
Assist in updating the Operating and Maintenance Manuals
Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of Manuals
Ensure all documents are properly numbered, formatted, reviewed, and approved before issue.
Downloading and uploading information from Online Portals. i.e (Asite, Viewpoint, Acconex)
Computer Literate (Working with PDF, Excel)
Organising Folders - Re naming Folders
Using the internet to download MEP information
Typing
Data input
Compiling Schedules
Answering / making phone calls
Responding to emails
Obtaining Technical documentation from manufactures
Researching on internet for documentation
Creating documents in Excel & Word
Combining documents into PDF from word & excel
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Performing other relevant duties when required
