Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator specializing in Glass and Window Fitting to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of construction management principles, project scheduling, and effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of glass and window fitting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Utilize construction management software, including ProCore and Primavera P6, to manage project schedules and documentation. Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates using HeavyBid and Bluebeam. Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively. Assist in the preparation and management of contracts related to glass and window fitting projects. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, safety compliance, and quality standards. Facilitate project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and timelines with team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction project coordination or management with a focus on glass and window fitting. Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam. Proficient in using Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management. Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working on construction sites is highly desirable. Knowledge of contracts related to construction projects is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
