Location: Hybrid Working: Primarily remote with occasional Site visits.

Join our dynamic Construction Team as a Project Delivery Manager, where you'll lead the build phase of exciting renewable energy projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to pre-contract activities and review design outputs/specifications.
  • Support supplier selection and vetting; collaborate with procurement on supply strategy.
  • Validate CAPEX breakdown and provide input on project milestones for client and supplier contracts.
  • Monitor and report on project performance (time, cost, quality, safety).
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Champion a Safety First culture and ensure compliance with CDM and legal requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with customer representatives to manage expectations and resolve site issues.
  • Manage budgets, variations, and change requests; coordinate with procurement, legal, and commercial teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to safety, budget, time, and quality.
  • Maintain real-time project programmes and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Collaborate with O&M teams to ensure smooth transition to operational phase.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Formal training and detailed experience in CDM responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in managing energy, civil, and/or M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSSE legislation and construction standards.
  • Excellent project programming skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Engineering qualification (Degree/HNC) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • CSCS card and/or NVQ Level 7 certification.
