The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities



Develop detailed project plans, schedules. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives. Oversee procurement processes and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all stages of construction. Manage project documentation, reports, and records meticulously. Lead project meetings, providing clear direction and updates to all stakeholders. Identify potential risks or issues early on and implement effective mitigation strategies. Uphold high standards of quality control throughout the construction process.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in communication and dealing with clients. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively. Outstanding time management skills to ensure timely delivery of projects. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Relevant qualifications in , Construction Management or related fields are preferred. Pay: 29,000.00-40,000.00 per year
