Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership skills and technical expertise in construction management.

Duties



Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using Primavera P6 software. Coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project progression. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Utilise Civil 3D to review design drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly. Implement effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines efficiently. Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction project management or a related field. Proficiency in Primavera P6 project scheduling software. Strong knowledge of Civil 3D design tools. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management and prioritisation. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management are preferred but not essential. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of safety and quality assurance. Pay: 31,763.15-46,700.60 per year
