Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised

Construction Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered

on time, within scope, and within budget

, while maintaining the highest standards of

health, safety, and quality

.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed project programmes, schedules, and budgets using Buildertrend Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to ensure deadlines are met Ensure full compliance with current

health and safety regulations

across all sites Review and approve drawings, specifications, variations, and change orders Manage procurement activities and coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment Carry out regular site inspections to ensure works meet quality standards and specifications Maintain accurate project records, including reports, issues, and resolutions Use

Civil 3D

for site planning and design coordination where required
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a

Construction Project Manager

or in a similar role Proficiency with

Buildertrend

or similar construction management software (essential) Experience using

Civil 3D

for civil or site design (desirable) Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Good working knowledge of UK construction

health and safety legislation

A recognised qualification in

Construction Management, Civil Engineering

, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
