About Us:

We are a design-and-build studio specialising in luxury wellness spaces -- bespoke saunas, steam rooms and private gyms. We work on high-end residential and commercial projects, delivering beautifully designed, technically sound spaces from concept through to installation.

We're a small, growing team with big ambitions, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator who can help us deliver projects smoothly while maintaining the level of service our clients expect.

The Role:

As Project Coordinator, you'll be the glue between design, site, suppliers and clients. You'll support project delivery from early stages through to completion, ensuring communication is clear, timelines are met, and standards remain high.

This is a hands-on role, suited to someone confident in construction environments, comfortable speaking with clients, and happy taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating multiple live projects across saunas, steam rooms and gyms Liaising with clients, suppliers, designers and trades Assisting with project scheduling, logistics and materials ordering Supporting site teams and attending site visits when required Ensuring projects run smoothly, professionally and on time Acting as a point of contact for clients throughout the build process Helping maintain our high standards of presentation and service

About You:

Strong people skills -- confident, calm and professional with clients and teams Solid construction knowledge and understanding of how projects run on site Ideally experience within wellness construction, luxury residential, or fit-out environments Very presentable and well spoken Organised, reliable and proactive A genuine team player -- easy to work with and solution-focused Comfortable in a small, fast-growing business where everyone wears multiple hats
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 35,979.55-40,215.75 per year
