46,951 to 53,589

per annum



(Starting salary will be subject to experience and qualification)

You will ideally be based in the West Midlands with a requirement for National Travel - Paid Expenses from a Ruskin Mill Trust location. You will need to be based within a commutable distance from a Ruskin Mill Trust location.



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to procure, manage and deliver major construction projects at Ruskin Mill Trust provisions as agreed with the Senior Construction Projects Manager and Co-Chief Executive. In addition to general construction project management duties, the postholder will lead and manage construction projects to completion across the Trust.

Main Duties will include:



To procure, manage and deliver to the point of operational opening, major capital projects across Ruskin Mill Trust provisions, in a professional and timely manner and in accordance with agreed financial parameters. To lead formal multidisciplinary project meetings at Trust sites, to ensure that they are delivered in line with the Trust's agreed timelines, financial parameters, aesthetic, operational requirements and quality standards. To be responsible for the collection, review and appropriate retention of project related documentation, including CDM post-construction information and O&M manuals.

The successful candidate for this role will have;



Experience of end-to-end responsibility for capital projects of 1m plus. A demonstratable track record of successfully delivering complex capital projects in sensitive locations Excellent project management skills An ability to demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills The ability to manage relationships with external professional consultants, suppliers and contractors Project management certification - desirable Experience of working on projects of a similar nature and purpose is essential
