About Us:

Buildtonic is a rapidly growing construction firm with an expanding portfolio across both residential and commercial sectors. We specialise in large-scale renovations, extensions, and new builds. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to strengthen our management team.

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager with extensive experience in the residential construction sector. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, while ensuring client satisfaction and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure strong communication across all levels Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise Ensure all work meets Buildtonic's high standards and client expectations
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project management tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field Experience with commercial projects is a plus

Pay: 45,727.00-48,270.00 per year
