The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple construction and fit-out projects. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll develop the skills, knowledge, and leadership to take on greater responsibility. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear pathway to Senior Project Manager, leading projects end-to-end and shaping the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Coordination

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and meet quality standards. Monitor project programmes, schedules and milestones, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Oversee design compliance with fire, building and DDA regulations in partnership with consultants.
Commercial & Financial Awareness

Track project budgets, cash flow and valuations and pro-actively control margin growth. Identify risks and opportunities early, ensuring all risks are mitigated or avoided. Manage contract variations and other commercial processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations clearly and decisively. Lead site meetings, commercial discussions and progress updates with clarity and confidence. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants and the wider supply chain to ensure seamless delivery.
Health, Safety and Risk

Own H&S across all projects including method statements, risk assessments and safety plans. Ensure compliance with statutory and client-specific requirements. Embed a culture of safety and compliance.

What You Bring

A strong interest in construction project management, with 3-5 years experience in construction, fit-out, or a related field. Degree or equivalent in Construction, Architecture or a related discipline. A proactive, hand-on approach with attention to detail and a desire to take ownership. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. High energy, drive and ambition.

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
