The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our close-knit team in West London. You will take ownership of high-profile projects, managing all aspects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse, design-led projects with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management, from pre-construction planning to practical completion Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using Microsoft Project or similar tools Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Oversee quality control and manage risk to deliver projects to the highest standards Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction Collaborate with in-house teams and trusted subcontractors to drive project success Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and manage project variations effectively

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally in design and build, commercial fit-outs, or residential projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, UK building regulations, and health & safety standards Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects Eligibility to work in the UK
