We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and a solid understanding of construction processes and project management tools. Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation using Primavera P6.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Manage procurement processes for materials and subcontractors to optimise cost-efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved.
Utilise Civil 3D for site design review and coordination tasks.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies throughout the construction process.
Skills
Proven experience in construction project management with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 for scheduling and project planning.
Knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design review and site layout planning.
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
