We are looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager who can take ownership of multiple live projects, manage teams and subcontractors, and deliver jobs safely, on time, and on budget.

This is not a desk-only role -- you'll be on site, with clients, and in control.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing 3-5 live projects at any one time, from pre-start through to handover. ranging from 50k to 2M

Key Responsibilities:

Full end-to-end project management of residential & commercial works Programming works and coordinating labour, subcontractors, and materials Managing site teams and ensuring quality standards are met Client liaison and regular progress reporting Cost control, variations, and margin protection Health & Safety management (RAMS, site compliance, inspections) Coordinating inspections (Building Control, Fire, Client sign-off) Managing snagging, practical completion, and handover Working closely with directors and office support teams

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (UK-based) Strong residential and/or commercial project background Confident running multiple sites simultaneously Excellent communication with clients, trades, and suppliers Solid understanding of UK construction regulations and H&S Ability to problem-solve under pressure and make decisions Full UK driving licence 5 years + Experience
Desirable (not essential):

SMSTS / SSSTS First Aid at Work Experience with roofing, refurbishments, or fire safety works Background in growing or fast-paced construction companies
