About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction and fit-out projects across London, while also playing a key role in shaping and improving how we operate as a business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion. Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure project alignment. Oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. Champion health, safety, and compliance across all projects. Identify opportunities to improve internal systems, workflows, and project delivery practices. Support the business in developing scalable processes that align with future growth. Act as a proactive team player who can support leadership in decision-making and business improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline from a reputable UK university. 5+ years of project management experience in construction and fit-out projects. Strong ability to read, interpret, and work with engineering drawings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Solid understanding of UK construction standards, contracts, and compliance. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and implement new practices.

Desirable / Bonus Skills

Arabic language proficiency (verbal and written). Professional accreditation. Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing environment.
