Construction Project Manager - Sheffield
RG Setsquare are working in partnership with a leading Property Services organisation based in Sheffield. We are looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager, working with a large social housing provider on retrofit projects. You will organise and manage the delivery of multiple projects in line with contract requirement, this is initial a 6-month contract, with the role being based in Sheffield however contracts are across the wider Yorkshire area. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist property solutions company that are tailored to keeping homes and buildings running smoothly.
Your new role as Project Manager:
You will take full accountability of organising and reviewing work schedules including resources, materials and supply chain requirements, comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures. Engage and develop excellent relationships with supply chain, plan cost effective use of resources and forecast resource requirements in line with budget and projected works.
The Experience Required:
Construction Project Management and Social Housing experience, working on refurbishment programmes, ability to read interpret and understand programmes, drawings, schedules and specifications. Have proven ability to work and to develop operating procedures, be commercially aware, full working knowledge of H&S and Environmental legislation but not restricted to the CDM regulations. You will have a valid CITB certificate, CSCS and experience of working on retrofit projects.
