Project Manager

to lead on a new high-rise social housing residential refurbishment project in Warwickshire.

This is your chance to take full ownership of a complex, high-impact scheme and deliver it with purpose, precision, and leadership.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the project from PCSA through to construction and handover, ensuring client expectations are met. Create and manage detailed project programmes using Powerproject. Drive safety and quality, including construction phase safety plans and upholding the

Golden Thread

. Oversee delivery under

JCT D&B contracts

and support successful project handover. Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are met.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing

high-rise, complex projects

, ideally in

social housing

. Experience delivering schemes under

JCT D&B contracts

Knowledge of the

Building Safety Act

is essential. Confident leader and communicator with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
