As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Project / Construction Manager to join our team and oversee multiple live construction sites.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project / Construction Manager who can take ownership of on-site delivery and ensure that each project is completed safely, on time, and to our high standards. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and our internal team to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple construction sites simultaneously
Procure materials on schedule to meet project timelines
Liaise with and manage subcontractors, ensuring readiness and timely delivery
Monitor site activity, including the arrival of materials and contractors
Maintain high standards of tidiness, safety, and organisation on-site
Conduct regular safety checks, toolbox talks, and site inductions
Implement and manage systems to track project progress and quality
Lead weekly site meetings with clients and provide regular updates
Be available during working hours to resolve issues or respond to queries
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Project or Construction Management role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
Proactive problem solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Experience with project management systems and reporting tools
Relevant qualifications in construction/project management are beneficial
A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt as needed
