Job Description

A leading City firm is seeking a Construction PSL / Knowledge Lawyer for its highly regarded team.
The group advises a wide range of clients based both in the UK and overseas, including large real estate developers and investors, PFI project companies, house builders, occupiers, contractors and consultants, and the practice covers a broad range of commercial projects.
An experienced Construction lawyer is now sought to play a key role in the group's continued success. As the sole Construction PSL, you would be joining an established Knowledge function in a varied role which will include planning and organising the group's training programme, keeping the team updated on legal developments, and revising and updating precedents and guidance notes.
The focus of the role will be on the non-contentious construction side, although you will also assist fee earners on the contentious side. The firm is happy to consider senior lawyers who are looking to move into their first PSL role as well as experienced PSLs.
This role is preferably for four days a week, but three or five days may be possible for the right candidate.
