You'll be responsible for:
Winning new clients across the blue-collar/industrial/temp space
Building strong, consultative relationships with clients
Developing and expanding accounts over time
Working closely with the Managing Director and the team to shape growth strategy
Admin/support professional handling compliance and database upkeep
Onboarding new operatives and upkeep of the operative registered database
Handling operative onboarding requirement with the support of HR
Issuance of client engagement packs for new assignments won
Managing the Labour resource across the company

A proven background in recruitment
Comfortable in a client-facing, sales-focused role
Strong understanding of the temporary/contract market
Motivated, self-starting, and ready to make an impact in a small business
