An independent recruitment consultancy specialising in recruitment is seeking an individual with drive, tenacity, and an understanding of the construction sector to work within their small, busy Widnes-based team.

THE CLIENT:
There is a very small team of recruitment consultants in place currently servicing business across the local area, covering managerial and trades business. They are looking to expand their business by adding a key individual who will be tasked with adding value to their construction division.

THE ROLE:
Joining the team, you will be responsible for the new business development, although there is some existing business to work on. You will be tasked with establishing contacts and developing long term business relationships, this is a full-cycle recruitment consultant role involving sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Construction recruitment is ideal, you must understand how the market works. You will be well presented, able to communicate at all levels and have the drive and tenacity to succeed in a fast paced environment. There is lots of rejection in recruitment, therefore, you must be able to cope with the highs and lows of the role.
