Your Role:
As a
Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
, you will play a key role in our commercial growth by:
Generating and converting leads into qualified quotes
Booking and running site visits and workshop tours
Closing multiple sales per month with self-builders and developers
Developing and executing strategic sales plans
Representing Ecologic at events, expos, and CPD sessions
Managing social media and website content (with support)
Collaborating with the MD on business development strategy
Building and nurturing long-term client and architect relationships
You'll Need:
2+ years of sales experience in construction or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A track record of exceeding sales targets
Familiarity with building practices and sales CRM tools
Ability to visit our New Forest workshop and live local sites weekly
