Are you an experienced sales or business development manager with a passion for sustainable building practices?
Do you want to join a fast-growing construction company offering flexible working and an excellent salary package?
This company is an award winning, fast-growing construction company specialising in timber structure homes. With a focus on eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable practices, they design low-carbon buildings across the south coast.
On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the sales team. You will play a key role in commercial growth by generating and converting sales leads, running site visits and workshop tours, improving business strategy, and nurturing client relationships.
The Role:

Team management through leading, mentoring, and driving development
Generating and converting leads into qualified quotes
Booking and running site visits and workshop tours
Closing multiple sales per month with self-builders and developers
Developing and executing strategic sales plans
Building and nurturing long-term client and architect relationships
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Background in sales and management within the construction sector
