We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Site cleaner to work at our site in
Protos Site, Plot 8, Ince, CH2 4LB, Cheshire, U.K
. 7AM TO 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY to oversee daily operations on a construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining effective communication between all stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong skills and a background in construction site cleaning to contribute to successful project delivery. YOU WILL NEED TO BE IN POCESSION OF CSCS CARD TO WORK ON THIS SITE. THE SITE WILL INVOLVE A INDUCTION PROCESS WERE ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING WILL BE INCLUDED
Responsibilities
Manage working time effectively and meet job specification requirements
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all time
Maintain accurate documentation of daily operations, including reports on progress, incidents, and resource utilisation
inform management of any H&S ISSUES OR ANY OPERATIONS ISSUES
Experience
Proven experience as a Construction Site CLEANING or similar role within the construction industrial
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of current health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
This position is ideal for motivated cleaner eager to be involved in construction projects with efficiency and professionalism. Candidates should possess excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively across various teams.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
