Construction Site Cleaner
Job Description
Immediate start required
Site Cleaner required for Construction site. Areas to be cleaned consist of office areas, bathroom facilities, canteen area and drying room.
Duties include but not limited to:
Clean all surfaces, fixtures and fittings
Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate
Clean kitchen/catering areas
Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas
Clean equipment after use
Undertake deep cleaning programmes during designated periods
Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste
Clean and maintain waste bins
Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and productive working environment
The right candidate must be highly motivated, reliable and work well on own initiative. Also should be methodical and have a good eye for detail. Cleaning within these facilities is a health and safety requirement and as such a strong commitment to attendance and time keeping is important.
Monday - Friday 2 hrs per day 3 hrs in a Tuesday. Starting and finishing times to be agreed with the candidate. This project may look to add additional hours when the site becomes busier.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 11 per week
