Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Cleaning Operative to join our exisiting teams in working on our numerous construction projects. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience whilst also ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role requires effective communication and skills to coordinate with various teams and ensure timelines are met.

Duties

Daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Monitor quality of work, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry is desireable. Valid driving licence to facilitate travel between sites as required is preferred although not essential. Proficiency in English is desireable for effective communication with team members and clients. Excellent customer service skills to manage client relationships positively. Good communication skills to convey instructions clearly and foster teamwork among diverse groups.
