The Role



We're seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations on active civil, fit-out, and refurbishment projects. You'll be the driving force on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the high standards their clients expect.

What You'll Be Doing



Managing all site activities and ensuring work is carried out to specification Coordinating subcontractors, labour, deliveries, and daily workflows Maintaining strict Health and Safety standards and site compliance Reviewing drawings, planning works, and managing short-term programming Completing daily reports, site records, and progress updates Liaising with clients, design teams, and the project manager Driving quality control, productivity, and problem-solving on site

What We're Looking For



5+ years' experience as a Site Manager (civil, fit out, or hospitality projects are an advantage) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage fast-paced and live-environment projects Proven track record of delivering works to deadline and budget Safe Pass and all relevant certifications (manual handling, CSCS, etc.) ? Full understanding of construction drawings and specifications
